White leathery cataract on a bed bound patient

This lady was bed bound due to MS presented with bilateral HMs vision due to dense cataracts, she had neck deformity and was unable to lie flat. In addition to that started coughing intraop. Note the temporal zonular dehiscence and wobbly lens during rhexis.
